Rates:

Sassafras Hill is available for rent year round!

Lodging:

     Sunday - Thursday

            $100.00 for 1 person per night

            $25.00 each additional person up to 10

     Friday - Saturday

            $125.00 for 1 person per night

            $35.00 for each additional person up to 10

Also available are daytime rentals for $100.00 & $10 per person

Camping:

     Primitive Camp Site- $10.00 per night

     Tent, truck, or non-electrical campers. Tables, fire pits and trash pick-up provided along with limited firewood.

     Electrical Hook-up Camp Site- $20.00 per night

     Camping site facilities that are provided include: fire pit, trash bins, and outdoor tables. Bring your own chairs. 

     Inquire about extended camper parking. (Weekly & Monthly)

Payment Terms:

      Cash or check only.

Expectation:

        Wash and put away dishes

        Wipe off counter and stove

        Sweep floor

        Put towels in laundry basket located in laundry room (sun porch)

        Change clothes if using "hunting scent" before sitting on fabric furniture (bed, couch, upholstered chairs, etc.)

        Separate burnable items from non-burnable in appropriate containers

        You are NOT expected to remove the bedding
